After sending your support ticket you need to check your confirmation e-mail and click on the activation link in order to confirm acceptance of e-mails from Adwords Navigator or you will not receive a reply.

Due to the many different ISP and e-mail SPAM filters available your confirmation e-mail may be blocked. Try to avoid using Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail e-mail accounts. To ensure you receive your welcome email, please add support@adwordsnavigator.com to your email address book or white list on your e-mail program.

If you are using spam blockers such as SpamArrest, Earthlink, SpamBully, FilterMy, KnowSpam, etc., make sure you take the necessary steps to ensure e-mails go through. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail, please check your trash and spam folders, and if it cannot be found please send a support request and we will try to help you!
